★Warranty policy :
*We are providing 30 days replacement warranty for airpods pro Second generation , We will replace your airpods for any kind of internal problems,
Step one:You have to pack your AirPods with box and documents and come to our office ,if you are situated at outside of dhaka ,so then you can send your Airpods by Courier, if you send your airpods by courier then we will honour you on One Way delivery charge.
Step two: When your AirPods would be reached to our office then our Experts will check your Airpods Quality and the mentioned issues if they find any issues with your airpods then we will replace your airpods, but if our experts can’t find any issues with your airpods, and they confirm that It works perfectly then we can’t replace it.
Note: Any kinds of physical damages and scratches won’t be allowed. Box and Documents missing also won’t be allowed and Box should be perfect. box and airpods serials number has to be matched. Note: Per Customer Will get only one Time Replacememt
★1YEAR Service warranty policy *We are providing 365 days service warranty for our Airpods pro second generation, if your airpods don’t work properly then We will service your airpods by Our Servicing team.
For that ,you have to come our office for servicing or You Can also send your product(AirPods)by courier(Customers have to pay their Courier charges) *Our servicing charges are totally free for the first time servicing *If that airpods need our servicing for the second time then customers have to pay 50% of Service charge.
*After 2nd Time of servicing,if that airpods need more services from us then customers have pay all servicing charges .
